🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Toothpaste (all formats)

  • Bamboo dental floss

  • Refill packs

We do this to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all of our customers.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your ceramic container arrives damaged or any item is defective, we’ll happily replace it.

To request a replacement:

  • Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number

  • We’ll send a replacement right away, no questions asked
