We carefully pack and ship your Yin and Fang order within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Toothpaste

• Toothpaste refills

• Bamboo floss

This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards for all customers.

If your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken ceramic container), please contact us at hello@yinandfang.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

🔄 Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account yinandfang.com/account or emailing us directly at hello@yinandfang.com.
If a renewal has already been processed and shipped, it will be your final shipment, and cancellation will apply to all future orders.
